CANCELLATION/CONFIRMATION

 

  • Bronze Me Brazilian makes every effort to remind you of your reservation prior to your scheduled date. As a courtesy to all, please cancel your appointment before 24 hours, so that time may be offered to another client.
  • In the event of a CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 hours period or No SHOWS, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of your appointment.
  • DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: In the event your credit card is declined at time of charge, Bronze Me Brazilian reserves the right to refuse any further service until you pay your remaining balance (including any fees or service charges) prior to booking your next appointment.
  • We require a valid credit card on hold in order to reserve an appointment time.
  • All packages and services are non-­refundable or transferable.
  • Packages can be used within one year period from the date you’re purchased them.

 

ARRIVAL TIME

 

  • New clients are asked to complete a consent form. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • If you are more than 5 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

 

 

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct or behavior and/or uses of vulgar and sexual language.
  • To any client who is abusive (physically or verbally), or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • To any client who exhibits language or behavior which the service provider deems as immediate or potential risk to the safety of the service provider.
  • All services are performed in a safe, modest and ethical manner and not sexual in nature. Any illicit or sexual suggestive remarks or advances will immediately result in termination of the session with payment due in full.
  • Only the client and the service provider are allowed in the room while services are being performed.
  • Client must be 18 years of age or older.
  • For safety reasons and liability purposes, no child under the age of 12 is allowed in our premises. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children and we hope you understand that we can not assure their safety.

 

PRIVACY

 

  • We recognize that you have chosen to do business with us, and we guard that relationship with great care. Your privacy is extremely important to us and we appreciate your business. Any information given to us is used solely to inform you of new services or upcoming events.

 

SPECIAL CONCERNS

 

  • Please advise us of any special needs/medical conditions that may require additional attention prior to your appointment.
  • Please let us know if you are taking medications or if you have any sensitivities or allergies to certain ingredients and/or products.
  • Waxing and Tanning are not advised for those who are current using Retin A, Accutane, AHA, Renova, retin-A or corticosteroids such as hydro-cortisone, predisone, and Elocon.

 

GIFT CARDS

 

  • Please note that our gift cards do not include gratuity. If you wish to include one, it must be given at the time the session is performed.

  • Our Salon is a non-smoking facility.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • By using all our services, you agree to follow all the Spa rules and regulations.
  • We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, disability, political affiliation, marital status, age, sexual orientation, and membership status
  • We reserve the right to modify and/or change the Spa rules and regulations without prior notice.
